How should I configure my Jabber client?

As far as our live chat is Jabber-based you can use any jabber client as operator chat client software available for your operation system. Usually you will have to enter jabber server (j1.siteforfast.com), your jabber username and your password. If your messenger supports multiple protocols you will have to select XMPP or Jabber protocol. Resource field can contain anything you like or be empty. Here is an example of configuration window:
